International Data Transfers
Where Personal Information is to be transferred to a country outside Nigeria, TWD shall endeavour to put adequate measures in place to ensure the security of such personal information and to ensure same is done securely and in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and all applicable data protection regulations in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
